Terms of Service

Note: These Terms of Service govern your use of the Payra application and services. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, contact us at legal@payralab.com.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Payra application or any PayraLab services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Payra.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Payra. By using Payra, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.
3. Account Registration
You agree to: - Provide a valid phone number for account creation - Maintain the security of your account and device - Not share your account credentials with others - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access - Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Payra to: - Send spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious content - Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users - Distribute illegal content, including CSAM - Conduct illegal activities of any kind - Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise Payra's security - Use automated tools to interact with the service without authorization - Impersonate other individuals or organizations Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
5. Privacy
Your use of Payra is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at payralab.com/privacy. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
6. End-to-End Encryption
Payra uses end-to-end encryption by default. You acknowledge that PayraLab cannot access the content of your encrypted messages, and therefore cannot recover message content if you lose access to your device or encryption keys. You are responsible for maintaining access to your devices and backups.
7. Intellectual Property
The Payra application, its design, logos, and trademarks are the property of PayraLab. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Payra application without our express written permission. User-generated content remains your property.
8. Disclaimers
Payra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: - Merchantability - Fitness for a particular purpose - Uninterrupted or error-free service We do not guarantee that Payra will always be available, secure, or free of bugs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayraLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Payra. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Payra at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time using the in-app account deletion feature. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email (if provided). Continued use of Payra after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by applicable law.
